Well, I’m cranking away on the new Digitech RP250 patch set, and working on some songs, and…

Anyway, I got an email from a producer I’ve worked with in Austin TX, and the email had a rough mix of a song attached.  I need to lay down a harp track or two and send it back to the producer within the next day or so.

I also took a break to finish up a review for Traxmusic.org of the (relatively) new software drum machine by Toontrack, Superior Drummer 2.0.  Nice piece of software.  I’m re-recording my instrumental piece “Morphine”, replacing the previous drum track with one from Superior Drummer, in order to show what kind of difference it can make in a tune.
