One Ton Pig July 27 2010: Don’t Let Me Down
Here’s a live version of Michael Batdorf’s song Don’t Let Me Down from the One Ton Pig show at the Silver Dollar in Jackson, Wyoming on July 27 2010. I’m playing harmonica through a Fireball V mic into a Digitech RP355 into the mixer. I think I used one of my Plexi amp model patches–the sound is certainly tough enough. I’m playing a Lee Oskar Natural Minor harp in A. The rhythm guitarist mumbled something about the chord changes when we started up, but I was mainly winging it on the solo. Sounds pretty cohesive considering.
The harp starts at about 2:30, but the whole song is worth the ride.
Thanks to again to Michael Batdorf and One Ton Pig for permission to post this music.

wow that was terrific on everyone’s part – great tune great vibe and harp fit in so well – very tasty – just enough harp w/out overplaying (or overblowing?! LOL).
met you at Gindicks Boston (Natick) Camp a couple of years ago – really inspired me (i’m a student of Annie’s).

Thanks Barry, glad you liked it! I remember you from Gindick’s camp–glad you’re taking it forward from there. RH
