Play With Me b/w Put The Lever Down (THPS01) $3.00 plus $2.50 S/H
The B side of this 45 RPM single, Put The Lever Down, is one of the most extraordinary electric harmonica recordings ever made: an instrumental featuring multiple overdubbed harmonicas (including specially tuned diatonics and Chordomonica) on top of a funky groove, with some of the wildest blowing you've ever heard. "Over a funky groove, Hunter simply shows off. And man, he can do it. I've never heard anything like this in my life." (Richard Cromonic, Sweet Potato ) The A side, Play With Me, is a pop song with a layered harmonica arrangement that bears repeated listening. (But we'll bet it's the B side you keep coming back to!) Terrific cover art too.

No Regrets b/w Pure Beat (THPS02) $3.00 plus $2.50 S/H
This 45 RPM single's A side, No Regrets, is a solid Motown-ish number with great lyrics and terrific Stevie-Wonderish chromatic harp from Richard Hunter. The B side, Pure Beat, is heavier, wierder stuff, and ends with an amplified harmonica solo that owes as much to Stravinsky as Little Walter.
